You will lead a team of 8 press brake and laser operators, ensuring efficient planning, quality and teamwork. Around 70% of your time is spent working on the shop floor. You will independently set up and program Safan Darley CNC press brakes and operate the Bystronic laser cutting machine. You'll work with stainless steel, aluminium and steel, producing both one-off products and small production runs. You will also help improve processes and participate in weekly operational meetings.
